Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY

We usually ship next day from our warehouse. All products listed are in stock and if the size or colour of a dress or shoe is no longer available, the variants will be removed from the list on the product page. 

 
Delivery of all orders within Germany is usually within 6-12 working days. 

 
All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. This period may be slightly longer during sales periods

(e.g. November/December/January, customisable products take 3-5 days to be delivered). 

 
Please note: if there are problems with your order, the production time is understandably longer. Once the item(s) have been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order. 

 
All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as it is available (usually within 24 hours of ordering). 

 
NOTE: Delays can sometimes occur due to pandemics and holiday periods. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for more information on this.

Shipping costs for reimbursement of the purchase price are the responsibility of the purchaser.
